yellow against the purple-striped petals! Very jaunty, indeed!
The meaning of jaunty
is buoyantly carefree and self-confident. Are you feeling buoyant today? Are you feeling carefree about your life? Do you exude self-confidence?
Many of us have days in which none of the above applies to us. When you're experiencing one of those "down" days, look outside your window to see what Mother Nature has provided for you. If your window only shows you a view of the neighbor's brick wall, then bring Mother Nature into your home. Keep a potted flower on your windowsill. Crocus may not be the best choice, but an African Violet will grow beautifully with very little care.
Take a cue from Mother Nature, and show your true colors no matter where you are. Live your life buoyantly carefree!
