Don't you just find yourself saying. . .aaawwww. . .to today's photo?!  It is such a cute baby goose!

Why do we react that way?  Why do infants of most any species make us feel tenderhearted and peaceful?  Perhaps that is because they are so innocent.  For the most part, the newly born are totally dependent on their parents for sustenance.  Most enter this world as the epitome of gentleness and kindness

Imagine yourself stroking the soft downy fuzz on this young goose’s body.  Perhaps it is snuggling in your arms as you tenderly caress it.  Your breathing, heart rate, and blood pressure all decrease to a calm state as you ponder the mildness and gentleness of this creature’s demeanor.

As you go about your day, take a few moments to visualize again the softness of this baby goose.  Be gentle and kind throughout your day.  Your outlook on life will improve tremendously! 

Today. . .live your life like a baby goose. . .mildly!
