Today’s photo is of a beautiful, tranquil spot in the woods, complete and whole. The image captured in this one photo represents a plethora of living things.
From the microscopic creatures in the slow-moving stream, to the worms and grubs that keep the soil alive, to the insects that feast on the chlorophyll-filled leaves, to the mice and birds that eat the beetles and flies, to the foxes and owls that hunt the warblers and moles, this one woodland setting is teeming with life that is completely whole.
The same analogy can be applied to our bodies. Starting with the tiniest of cells, through our internal organs, with the blood coursing through the veins in our arms and legs, and finally reaching our magnificent brains, we are complete and whole within ourselves.
We need DO nothing for everything we require to live this beautiful life has already been provided for us!
